Even changing schedules/rooms was difficult, even though the hotel was quiet at the time, and I'm a regular customer. I don't think it's customer-oriented, unlike other hotels 🙏🏼. Overall, the cleaning service was good.

Stayed here in 2 rooms on the 7th floor. The smell of cigarettes was strong in both the hallway and the room. I only complained about spraying freshener. I couldn't sleep well that night, and the next morning I had a headache and a stuffy nose. The toilet looked a bit dark, as if it hadn't been scrubbed.

I came to Semarang for a family wedding. I booked a hotel upon arrival. The hotel's location is excellent, close to souvenir shops and numerous dining options. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The booking and check-in process were very fast. If I return to Semarang, I'll definitely stay at this hotel.

Very nice, clean rooms and strategic location. It's close to everywhere, there's a McD across the street. If you want to buy souvenirs, it's also close, just walk ahead. Highly recommended. Breakfast is also delicious, with a wide variety of food. It will be my favorite hotel if I ever come to Semarang again.

I always choose Aston Inn Pandanaran because of the hospitality from the lobby entrance to the front office—friendly, kind, and prompt. I see and feel the good teamwork, which is why I always come back to Aston. My best wishes to Mr. Faris, who is polite, humble, friendly, and kind, and to his team as well.
