The room smells. The AC is not cold.

Tempatnya bersih nyaman banget. Resepsionis nya ramah fast respon. Check in anti ribet.

Kamar bersih, suasananya juga nyaman.

Lokasi tidak sesuai foto. Jam cek in tidak sesuai perjanjian, saat jam datang jam 2 siang baru dibersihkan, menunggu sampai 14.55 loh. Ranjang spring bed nya juga sudah parah ya, tidak nyaman sih, maaf harus jujur🙏.

The AC remote is broken, the AC is old school but it's still cold. The sink and bathroom drain water are rather clogged. no water heather.

The check-in process was so difficult and the room located on the 15th floor made it difficult for activities.
