This Urbanview Resort Khansa is the absolute best😍😍. I've been here twice and never been disappointed❤. From the service to the facilities, it's all top notch😍❤. It makes me miss it and want to come back and stay here again💗

The place is comfortable, all the staff from reception, security, and cleaning are very friendly. The view is quite nice, the room is clean, there is a fan and TV in the room, and there is also a water heater. The downside of the deluxe room is slow Wi-Fi. Spoons, glasses, a sink, and a refrigerator are provided, but there is no stove or dish soap. Luckily, I prepared an electric pan 😁

Comfortable atmosphere, no traffic noise. Friendly staff, clean rooms. A small suggestion: the deluxe bed/mattress feels hard/the springs are starting to feel a bit prickly. Please replace it. Otherwise, it's fine. 🙏☺️

The resort is located off the main road, and the lighting along the alley is minimal. The staff were friendly. The room felt stuffy, and the fan was very small, making sleeping uncomfortable due to the heat. The WiFi was slow. Cleanliness: The pillows, sheets, and blankets smelled of cigarette smoke, as if they had been used by someone else and hadn't been laundered. The bathroom was a bit slippery.

The hotel staff are friendly, the atmosphere is very calm, but the downside is that you only get 1 towel and only 1 prayer robe in the prayer room and it's a bit smelly, hopefully in the future they can pay more attention to the prayer room.
