good value for money, nice clean cozy room (no soap so byo) but there is a shared fridge and kitchen which i prefer. will definitely stay here again (if i was a student in jakarta i would live here: gives nice kos vibes) 😊

Very homey, comfortable, just a bit uncomfortable if you go in and out often because the staff has to open and close the fence. But the staff is really on standby, they quickly open the fence. top

every time I enter and exit the hotel, I am always asked which room I am from. and asked whether I brought a friend or not, male or female. even though I clearly came ALONE. So it's uncomfortable and annoying! in the room there are no amenities at all, only small towels and toilet tissue. even though soap, shampoo, hotel slippers should be standard.

Taking the kids on a staycation here feels homey. Indeed, if you go in and out of the hotel too often like us, it's a bit awkward, because the gate is always closed, but the staff is alert, immediately opening the gate every time you want to go in and out, so it's still safe. What is certain is that if you want to come here, you have to be with an official partner or a friend of the same gender, because it is that strict 😄

The staff so friendly and responsive, the room can see sunrise, sunset or city light, i love it. the pool is clean, ambiance is very homie, quiet and calm, and near the location there is a cafe called Staple, completing the vibes like in Seminyak. However, there are some dirty spots on the pillows and bed and no toilet aminities. thank you Loji Patra Kuningan :)

There are many street food places. No need to worry about finding a place to eat.

there is a desk... there is a balcony... the cupboard and shelves fit a lot... sorry my photo is a bit messy because there are a lot of work tools... hehehe the only drawback is that in the bathroom there is no place to put toiletries. and there is no hanger for bathrobes.. if this is equipped.. really cool...

I'm enjoyed my staying there. Beautiful location; Quiet surrounding. Room clean, bed comfortable. Friendly staff. However, the fridge should be tidier; Too many items in there till to the brim!
