Must experience when going to West Lake area

Nhân viên làm việc tại quầy lễ tân rất thiếu trách nhiệm! Tôi thuê từ 17 -23.7 mỗi ngày tôi đều gửi yêu cầu qua điện thoại đến lễ tân về dịch vụ tivi (ko youtube, không kênh giải trí nào) và wifi (hoạt động tổng chắc 5h/24h/ngày, đường truyền có như không vì rất tệ và gần như không thể truy cập được), họ trả lời cho người kiểm tra ngay nhưng tôi không thấy ai làm việc, cho đến khi tôi khó chịu suốt mấy ngày liền nên tôi xuống lễ tân xem sao thì có lẽ mạng wifi tập trung cho lễ tân play game. Cho đến ngày 21.7 khi tôi yêu cầu nếu không xử lý được thì đổi phòng cho tôi hoặc hoàn phí thì họ trả lời không thể hoàn phí, còn đổi thì được và lúc đó mới đổi từ 405 sang 305. Tôi ghi rõ nhận phòng ngày đầu lúc khuya (giá tại đó qua đêm khác thuê ngày nhưng họ tính giá luôn 1 ngày đầu cho tôi). Đã thanh toán khách sạn , nhưng khi trả phòng rời đi họ lại yêu cầu tôi thanh toán! Tôi phải lục lại thông tin đã thanh toán để chứng minh và phải mất thgian nhiều cho việc họ bảo họ không thấy thông tin rằng đã được thanh toán! Về tiện nghi phòng thì tôi đánh giá 3.5/5 vì nhà tắm luôn tắt nghẽn nước! Khăn sử dụng có đan xen với khăn cũ (đã xuất hiện tua rua vì cũ ố vàng). Và các tiện nghi không đủ như đã pr. Nhân viên vệ sinh phòng nhiệt tình! Còn lại tất cả tôi đều không hài lòng, kể cả vật dụng sử dụng tại phòng có thể đánh giá không sạch sẽ chỉ ở mức trung bình khá! Với 1 mức giá như vậy, tôi có thể trải nghiệm nơi tốt hơn rất nhiều! Vì vậy, nếu giới thiệu về khách sạn này thì riêng tôi không bao giờ quay trở lại!

I booked a room that was described as having a balcony but in fact there was no. The room is okay for the price, the water in the shower is not hot compared to what I want, I'm in room 305 if the hotel can read it, ktra!

Very bad, not worth the price despite the discount, the hotel here has an hourly rental for couples to deal with, I don't like staying at the hotel because I think it's dirty. The water basin used to wash the face has the words "save water", so when using the tap to wash the face, the thick water tap is calibrated by the hotel so the water flowing out is boring. also give guests 2 bottles of mineral water on the table, free of charge, but this hotel doesn't have one.Not to mention the grap is not clean, not white, the mattress is not very smooth. Nearly the guests have KFC very convenient to have their room without a window to feel a bit mysterious. Room is very suitable for the price. Check in for a long time. Asg is also quite ok

The receptionist was tall and handsome but his face was always swollen :)) Book room had breakfast, when checking in, the receptionist did not open his mouth to say anything. In the morning, hurry up and ask if I have breakfast? Answer yes but you wait 15 minutes, can you wait?

A broken pillow + blanket. Looks very old and has a furry smell. The reception mistakenly calculates the service fee incurred for guests, the room is nice but the service staff does not meet. Good hotel. However the street is under repair, it is difficult to walk.

Rooms are not necessarily bad. But the sync with the booking party is not there. I booked one room and when I got there, only 1 room with 2 big beds on the first floor (the room was just waiting for the staff to move).

New hotel, clean, good service, friendly staff & boss. Convenient location, easy access. Ideal for family vacation & couple vacation.
