The bathroom was not properly maintained. I reported it on Line, but they said they would notify the manager. They should have taken care of it immediately, not just told me they would. Accessing the Wi-Fi was complicated. You had to add them on Line to get the password.

Overall good hotel, for the price point. wished the room floor was cleaner, but still a great budget friendly hotel.

The kettle in the room is rusty, so I don't dare use it.

The location is close to Bluport Mall and Market Village. It's a short walk to the beach. Cicada Market is only 3 km away.

The service and reception of the check-in counter staff should have better human relations and service mind. They should not answer without looking at the customer or be busy all the time during the conversation. I would like the B2 executives to improve this because I have used B2 services at many places and have encountered staff like this very often. Or is this the culture here?

Very clean and tidy with a modern architecture. I really like the color combinations, looks so fancy. Wi-Fi is good, the staff are friendly, and it has a beautiful balcony. It is also located near Market Village.

I'd like the hotel to use a better grade of tissue than this. I used it and it fell apart. And there's a soap holder for washing your hands.

I have stayed here twice already. It is clean and safe. The room is spacious. The bed is very good. There are separate beds for 3 people.

The room was old, musty, and smelled really bad, especially the bathroom, which smelled like urine all the time. The smell was really strong. I've never felt this bad before. This was the worst experience.

The room was dirty and dusty. The toilet could not be flushed. We had to walk up the stairs because the elevator only went up to the 7th floor. However, we were staying on the 8th floor, which made it difficult to get there. The light bulb was broken and could not be pressed.

โรงแรมไม่ได้ติดถนนหลัก เวลาเข้าออกลำบากเล็กน้อย หาร้านอาหารรอบๆ ไม่ได้ ต้องสั่ง delivery อย่างเดียว ตรงล็อบบี้ไม่มีแอร์ค่อนข้างร้อนช่วงหน้าร้อนที่ไป ได้ห้องอยู่ชั้น 8 แต่ลิฟต์มีถึงแค่ชั้น 7 ต้องเดินขึ้นบันไดอีก 1 ชั้น ถ้าขนของเยอะ อาจไม่เหมาะสม อ่างล้างหน้าเป็นแนวยาว และก๊อกอยู่ริมสุด ใช้ค่อนข้างยาก น้ำจะหกออกนอกซิ้งค์ ตู้เย็นไม่ค่อยเย็นและปรับไม่ได้ แต่แอร์เย็นฉ่ำมากๆ เตียงนุ่มดี ห้อง triple จะมีเตียงใหญ่ 1 เตียงเล็ก 1 เตียงเล็กอยู่ชิดหน้าต่าง และอยู่สูงหน่อย มีไดร์เป่าผมและไม้แขวนให้

ห้องดีทุกอย่าง แต่ไม่มีรหัสไวไฟแปะให้ที้ห้อง โทรถามพนักงานก็บอกจะโทรแจ้ง รอจนหลับ พนักงานต้อนรับไม่เป็นมิตร หน้าตาบูดบึง ตอนเช็คเอ๊าลืมของ โทรไปที่โรงแรมไม่มีใครรับ เลยกลับเข้าไปเอา ทีแรกพนักงานบอกว่าไม่พบ เพราะทำความสะอาดห้องเรียบร้อยแล้ว แต่ทางพี่สาวเรายืนยันว่าเอาไว้ใต้หมอน (ลืมพระ) ขอขึ้นไปหา (พร้อมแจ้งเลขห้อง) แต่พนักงานอีกคนเลยบอกว่าจะขึ้นไปดูห้อง สรุปคือเจอ แต่เรามีคำถามว่า ไม่ซักหมอนกับผ้าปูที่นอนหรอคะ ทำไมไม่เห็น แค่เอาหมอนขึ้น หรือเอาผ้าปูที่นอนออกไปซักมันต้องเห็นหรือหล่นแน่นอน ประทับใจห้องพัก แต่ไม่ประทับใจพนักงานและการบริการคะ
