However, this villa does not provide toiletries and because during the rainy season many floors get wet while the floor wipes are limited.

The villa is big & spacious, accommodating 20-30 people. It's a perfect place for gatherings & small events. However, it lacks maintenance. There are corners and places that are not cleaned properly. The bathmats really need replacements as they look dirty & old, not suitable for such a big & modern villa. As for facilities, there is a karaoke provided, which is a good thing 😊. Wifi works properly, so no worries about Internet connection.

Gross, how to clean is very disgusting. Wipe the glass used to mop the floor in the bathroom. Brush the bathroom without soap. The cobwebs in the room, the walls were not cleaned, the sink was dirty from the beginning of check-in (dirt wasn't cleaned), the furniture wasn't cleaned so there were leftovers from previous visitors. Mop only uses 1 tub of water, not replaced for 1 very large house (balcony, in the house), no hand washing soap is provided, dish washing soap is finished. The price paid is expensive not commensurate with the service. Not recommended. Better stay at the hotel. On check-out day, check-out should be at 12, but we haven't checked-out yet, at 10 cleaning service comes into the house without permission.

The comfortable villas only just come at 13.00 newly entered the villa at 15.30 and even then with the floor still smells of floor cleaners. Hopefully clean up in the future.
