Nice place, easy to find food even though there is no AC/fan, the room is still very cold. Definitely recommended, sometime I will stay there again. Close to Selecta tourism, Batu town square to Jatim Park is only 13 minutes.

Recommended for the low price, clean rooms and bathrooms, and suitable for families.

the service at the hotel is quite satisfying starting from the staff, the room atmosphere, and the atmosphere around the hotel. for the morning you can get bread and warm tea even though it is not listed in the hotel service. just a suggestion please improve the cleanliness overall it is very satisfying :)

With this price, it's really worth it. Rent a family room with 3 double beds that can fit 6 people. Not to mention there is a complete sofa. Then there is hot water. Get toast in the morning and hot tea. Get drinking water too

Staying here with family is very enjoyable, the price is very very cheap and access to everywhere is close, it is not difficult to find food! Just leave the hotel and there are many culinary choices, it is very cool in this hotel

The room is clean & spacious, the toilet is also clean, the service is friendly, when you arrive & go home they provide tea & bread. It's definitely fun, God willing, next time I want to stay at Mustika Sari Hotel again 🙏🏼💕

The hotel is comfortable, the rooms are clean, the staff are friendly, every morning you get breakfast of toast and hot sweet tea, the location is close to places to eat dinner.

Honestly tempted by the price and location close to Mitra Flora Nusantara. The atmosphere of the room and the interior are old-fashioned, but they function well. Without AC it is cool. Get a welcome drink of warm water and tea coffee sachets, breakfast gets warm tea and toast. The room is clean.

In the afternoon, they were given a thermos of hot water and a set of equipment for making tea. In the morning, they were given toast and hot tea even though they didn't order breakfast. The atmosphere around the hotel is beautiful, comfortable, lots of food. The cleanliness of the room is good, they are given towels and soap. There is hot water but it is stuck to the wall. The water is also clean. It's great, my family likes to stay here.

The location is close to the town square, check in is easy and fast, moving from a Superior room does not have to wait until 1 pm, the room is clean and spacious, it's quite good to get hot tea and toast, Recommended when going to Batu The water power needs to be repaired.

The location is not far from the town square, spacious parking lot, easy and fast check-in, clean rooms, hot water is smooth, with affordable prices during peak season, quite good for sahur, recommended when going to Batu. The toilet hose needs to be replaced because it often comes off.

Plus (+): Spacious and clean room. Friendly service. Get tea & bread in the morning. Comfortable environment. Minus (-): Room f7's toilet is broken. So it's a hassle when defecating. The flush is broken, flushing manually makes it difficult to remove the dirt. And there is no Wi-Fi.

I booked a Family room for 6 people, the room is spacious, the kids can run around in the room, there is no AC but the weather is cool & cold, breakfast is toast & sweet tea, the hot water is flowing smoothly, close to the main road and it's not difficult to find food in the future, it's not far to tourist attractions such as JP1, JP2, BNS, Selecta, JP3, Alun-alun Batu, etc.

Always a regular when on holiday to Batu. The price is very friendly

okay for just staying, old hotel is clean, no tissue & mineral water. add thermos water is charged. parking is adequate. hot water is difficult to adjust.

The first time it was very comfortable, I got a corner room with hot water, in the morning I got hot tea and toast, access to the town square was quite close, if I wanted to look for food I had to leave the hotel a lot

Got Welcome drink, and in the morning got sweet tea and toast for breakfast. Even though we ordered without breakfast. Amazing.
