Booked 2 rooms but only checked in 1 room. Waited until 3:30, called 3 times, still only asked customers to wait and never called back. When I come down to talk to the front desk, if there is no room for me to cancel. The next day, when I checked out, the staff said that because I gave the room card to me, I did not accept it. It's so frustrating about this unprofessional way of working
