The hotel staff is friendly, ask questions and answer them in detail and clearly. The rooms are clean, the swimming pool and gym are clean. The canteen is also clean, the food prices are worth it. Highly recommended

Awalnya cukup merinding disko, karena lokasi kamar di lantai paling atas dan paling pojok. Lampu lorong juga sesekali kedap-kedip persis scene film horror. Abis masuk kamar, lega banget karena sesuai sama yang di foto. Bersih, rapi, wangi. Toilet di luar tapi nggak jadi masalah karena bersih. Saluran TV jernih, remote AC aja sih yang nggak bersahabat, kayaknya habis baterai. Overall satisfying for your short escape 😊👍

For backpacker rooms, it is not satisfactory, it's okay for the rooms but WiFi is not available at all plus it's not listed in the customer service rooms that can be contacted.

The room was actually very clean, but the fridge didn't work and there was no water heater. The facilities weren't what I had been expected, while in ad you could get the water heater. Moreover, when I wanted to change the room, the facilities worked, but the room was smelly, and the staff was quite confused with what to do. I think the room is quite a little bit overprice.
