quite easy access to food at downstair

stayed for 1 night, booked a room for family of 3. parking was a bit difficult at first, had to round first. glad that i checked in at night. I don't know is there any alternative parking besides the outdoor and limited parking there. not sure. upon check in, the staff told me that the AC in family room left was breakdown. so he suggested for me to take deluxe room with extra bed. though i was slightlyyy disappointed but that's okay, at least the staff was friendly and suggested the coldest room hehe. the facility was good. talking from a deluxe room. got 2 bottle water with mugs. got water heater, body shampoo and shampoo. got hair dryer. got towels and hangers. got many plugs for phone charging too. got smart tv. but there's no mirror in the room. if you want to use the mirror, use in the bathroom. the bed, bedsheet and pillow were so comfortable, i had a beautiful sleep there. there was a lift too. so for elderly, it's good. however, there's no phone inside the room. so if you want anything from the service counter, you have to go down to the lobby. nearby the hotel got laundry, and some restaurants too. it's near to MRT station too. so, it's not bad. for me, with the price i paid and the comfort from the stay, i am more than satisfied. thank you seeds hotel. can repeat again.

This is the 1st time during my stay in a hotel the room facilities were very terrible. The shower or water tapping and air conditioning were not functioning at all. The room photo was different from that app info. We will never stay here or use the app anymore.

Comfortable room, can hear next door bath & sneeze 😩😖 Open mosaic floor when set on foot. The staff is friendly. WiFi x is very handy. Parking is required to pay for coupons.

Cleanliness is satisfactory, service is good except television broadcasts no national channels such as TV1, TV2, and TV3.

bad budget hotel. with rm80++, better go another hotel. this hotel not suitable for romantic couple. also not suitable for human. the interior is very scared. why the owner colour this rooms like cave? it's so dark. i feel like sleeping in grave. so scare. no mineral water. what? because for 1 bottles mineral water only rm0.50 la owner. put 2 la in rooms. rooms card only got 1, so when you bring your kids and want to buy food outside. you need leave your kids in dark rooms ya. bedsheets to soft. like you sleep in water. only good things in this hotel in tv have fox movie. another is negative. and beware, outside this hotel so many scammer waiting for you. asking for money. please, find another hotel. with rm80. you can get better hotel.

Either way, the floor of the hotel is so greasy it becomes slippery. Then, they do not provide toiletries like toothbrush, shampoo, sandals. For less good service
