Previously, the hotel has explained that the room type you chose is a budget sharing Living room, the front door leading to the living room is not locked because it is shared and allows our staff and other guests to enter. Our staff received information from your colleague that the car key was with you, so our staff entered the living room and knocked on your room to make sure and did not open or enter your room at all. Regarding the dirty floor comment, since the room type you booked is a budget sharing living room, it is possible that the floor in question is the living room because it is a public area and there are other guests walking around and using the living room area, it is also possible that at that time our housekeeping staff had not yet made rounds to the area which is usually done every 3 hours.
