My family had a wonderful vacation at the hotel. I was really satisfied with the staff's attitude and service. They were very enthusiastic and polite. The buffet was normal but in my opinion it was fine.

The hotel is in an alley, just a short walk away. But the hotel has nothing to help guests with luggage. I took a 16-seat car, my mother had a wheelchair, a lot of luggage, the driver had to run in to ask but the hotel did not help. But the hotel room was okay, only the hallways of the small rooms were quite narrow. The staff were not enthusiastic. To ask if they would come back, they would never….. Those who take large cars should avoid renting here because there is no place to stop for you to get off the car, you have to park temporarily in front of another hotel, and during rush hour, traffic jams are annoying, there is no place to park. This road is mostly occupied by Westerners.

The hotel is located right in the center, walking distance to the beach and Tram Huong tower. The room is a bit small but fully equipped with necessary amenities, clean. The staff is enthusiastic. The weekend price is also very reasonable for such a stable hotel.

Small, cozy, clean and tidy room. Beautiful sea view. Friendly, polite and attentive receptionist. Will continue to rent here next time when coming to Nha Trang.

I find the narrow space and the ceiling too close creates a feeling of suffocation and claustrophobia.
