Asked for money back, not returned.

Everything is good, except the Wi-Fi is a bit lacking.

The waiters are rude, sullen, and have no substance. There is no parking because it is in an alley. The TV is just a decoration, it doesn't work.

The waiter was rude. The TV couldn't be used and they told him to fix it and he didn't come around.

The reception staff were not very friendly. I couldn't ask for Wi-Fi, the answer was very rude.

The guest house staff is very friendly. I felt very comfortable staying there.

Clean and comfortable. Staff helps with carrying luggage since it's on the 3rd floor.

For those on a low budget, it's a must try, especially for those who are going to the city and only need a place to sleep and put their stuff.

Overall the accommodation is good, the location is close to everywhere, only the compensation for the affordable price is the location is in a small alley. Incidentally, the room I got yesterday had a TV but there was no sound even though it was set to full volume.

Good, close to town and other necessities, but no towels or toiletries provided, and the parking lot is full at night.

when I go to Samarinda I always stay here... the staff is friendly, the room is very clean and fragrant... the water is also clean and smooth... another thing I like is that the hotel is close to delicious culinary and close to my favorite fabric shop...

Okay, even though the check-in process this time took almost half an hour, which is already booked a room through the application, it should be ready at 2 pm, diligently check the order whether there is any? so the guest does not have to wait.

the room is very clean, no smell, the AC is cold, got a clean blanket and pillow too. the service when checking in was fast, got a room with an outside/shared toilet but the toilet was clean and didn't smell and the water was also okay, not cold even though the shower didn't have a hot water option, the TV was a bit difficult to set to watch.. the only minus is maybe if you go by car, getting in and out is a bit complicated if you bring luggage because this guest house is in a small alley.. overall okay, very satisfied👍🏼
