Nice hotel except the pool is too small. Price is a little high but it worth.

The tray is moldy and not cleaned. The hotel is big and beautiful but the tray is not clean. What a pity!

There are many things I feel disappointed about when staying here. 1. The facilities are not as advertised on the page: the swimming pool has to be climbed 2 floors, but cannot be used, the pool is too small, and the rooftop is too dirty. 2. The service staff is too bad, when entering the lobby, the staff's attitude is not very welcoming, no one guides, no one welcomes. 3. The buffet food has too few dishes. 4. The swimming pool cannot be used, but when checking in, the guests asked in advance, but were still not informed that it was not available. 5. The rooms are empty, the cleaning is incomplete, the door is not closed, left open like that from the time I checked in until I checked out. 6. The elevator has no sensor, very dangerous for families with small children. 7. The hotel is too empty. The only thing is that the room is spacious, right in front of the lake.
