Strategic in the city, but the blanket and mattress are full of stains, the pillows are moldy with lots of black spots, there are centipedes in the bathroom.

The hotel is nice, close to the city center, many culinary places, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, clean environment, staff are also responsive to the room's wifi not connecting and requesting hot water. However, there are small cockroaches in the toilet and bedroom, every day they are not offered to clean the room even though I have been staying here for almost a week, some staff are apathetic and indifferent when guests pass by (mostly playing with their cellphones, sitting on their feet in the lobby) and when I want to check out I find staff sleeping in the reception area, no one is standing by at the front reception. In the future, please improve the service. Thank you!
