When adding a room at registration, will the points be added? Ok, not far from the elephant alley mrsm.

Comfortable hotel .. Just a little surprised because the hotel is at the end of the housing. It's just luck to be on the 3rd floor like we're a little tired to go up the stairs but everything is okay.

room really clean. fast check in. but need provide kettle & coffee every room so worth with price we pay.

Want to make milk for children to drink should go down the stairs to get hot water.

I like the location of the hotel because of the serene atmosphere and feel of the place itself, with the prayer of the church not far from the surau and the food outlets nearby.

The guardian of the nightclub (2/8/2019) was due to waste. Damn it, for the stuff to waste. The hotel was ok but the pump wasn't crazy. People are talking about you laughing. Shame on the hotel. Overall the hotel was convenient & clean.

Great place to stay, the room is big enough to me and husband, near hospital and bandar alor gajah, tq.

Clean room, convenient parking space, guarded gate as the staff will check your car plate number first before letting you in if you back to hotel at midnight.

Nice place to stay, the toilet was clean, smell. Good, got arrow kiblat for muslim to. Pray, a very kind staff, and I was 2 times check in here. Highly recomended😊

Large and very comfortable rooms at very cheap prices, the rooms are very clean, I'm very happy to stay here.

The hotel is clean and comfortable but customer service is less than satisfactory. Employees at the counter are less sensitive and less friendly with customers.

It is a 2 star hotel located in residential area. Need to improve further to eliminate the toilet smell. The hotel provide amenity like hot water and cups located at the ground floor in the lobby. Pillow covers and bed sheet don't look fresh clean. No wardrobe. Just few hangers and wall type hanger holder. Staff are friendly. The hotel is equipped with CCTV and alarm system for security reasons.

Clean and safe environment.

It is OK. Difficult to find a restaurant during Hari Raya. Many restaurants were closed. 15minutes away from A Famosa.

Great service but very hard to find Grabcar or Uber.

Pros: + room and bed are very clean + very friendly boss + the room has two types of lights: yellow and white which is great for our mood + Located in the quiet neighbourhood Cons: - TV only has regular 2-3 channels such as tv3 etc with poor reception. But we were fine with this since most of the time spent outside of the hotel - the room that we stayed near the housekeeping room. So it was noisy everytime in the morning during our stay - no lift but then again we were fine. Exercise a bit - no restaurants or shops around the hotel
