We really enjoyed staying at this apartment. The check-in and check-out process was fast. The important thing is to contact the manager the day before staying, then they will provide information for check-in. The staff is also friendly and helpful. The hotel atmosphere is quite comfortable. The room is beyond expectations, very spacious, suitable for bringing a family. The hotel facilities are very complete, in the closet provided an extra single bed and iron, the kitchen equipment is very complete, can cook if staying long, there is a refrigerator and washing machine too. Next to the lobby there is also a minimarket and 7eleven. The location is also very strategic, opposite the Pudu LRT station, taking a grab to Bukit Bintang is also cheap and close about 10 minutes. The most enjoyable view of the Infinity Pool, especially at night is very beautiful, there is also a special children's pool and gym. The perfect solution for traveling with a large family! The location is strategic, as it's across from Pudu Station, and there's a 7-Eleven and Mix in the lobby. Behind the guesthouse, there are all delicious eateries. Ambience/Facilities: The facilities are truly complete, from cooking utensils and a washing machine to towels and soap. Staff Assistance: The staff are very friendly and explain things well. Highlights: A great solution for those traveling with limited clothing, as they can be washed in the washing machine. Price: The price is definitely worth it. Location: Close to Pudu Station

The apartment is close to the single station, just cross the street, there are lots of food places but Muslims also have to be careful because there are lots of non-halal places

Hotel staff should inform the procedure that the check-in counter is only open until 6 pm so that customers are not confused when they arrive at the hotel and have to wait for information first.

self check in is easy, the staff is help, location is good but the some of the staff esp security is not friendly. room view are great, but shower in one of the bathroom is broken.

The location is quite strategic, within walking distance to Lalaport Mall, but quite far from the Bukit Bintang area. The rooms are okay, the staff is helpful. The swimming pool is okay, and the view from the rooftop is great. Overall, a nice place to stay.

This is my 2nd time stay in D’Majestic. Over all, everything’s great. My daughter likes it so much, especially the room facing the train station.
