Garbage Hotel!!!, the AC leaked, the water reached the entire room, the information to the receptionist via WhatsApp because the room phone was not working was not responded to, 2 blue ticks were only read. Until the afternoon I returned to the room, there was still no response. My room was not cleaned and the AC water wet my things. The room sheets were no longer white but yellow with dirty spots everywhere. Towels had to be asked for and waited a long time for them to be delivered. The TV was just a display, it didn't work at all. Bathroom? Don't ask. It can be compared to the bathroom at the RSUD hospital. The receptionist, the mother, was only busy watching TikTok while taking care of her child who had gone up to the reception desk without caring about the guests who needed receptionist service. On the second day, if only I could ask for a refund, I would have moved hotels. I was the only one who experienced this Garbage Hotel. Finally, when I wanted to check out at 7:30 in the morning, the receptionist was still sleeping. The security guard woke me up 2 times before waking up. I had to wait 10 minutes for the check out process to wait for the receptionist to wake up.
