The hotel staff was friendly, but there was a leak on the mattress, and the shower was not optimal.

Not bad for a stay near Senen station

The AC is leaking. The room is musty and unclean.

Horrible horrible horrible! No greetings, smile whatsoever. Just straightly asked "[my name] ya?" and give me the card without any care or smile. No lift was understandable as it is an old hotel. But when we got in the room, jeez! Disgustingly dirty, beware of the bedsheets! There were multiple BED BUGS under the duffet. Thought it was bearable since we were gonna stay for less than 9 hours but it wasn't enough until we stepped into the bathroom. No basic amenities (not even a block of soap), no towel. When we checked out (less than 15 mins after we got in), no apology, no nothing. While waiting for the taxi to move to other hotel, the lady who was sitting on the parking lots laughed lightly and said, "Checking out? No wonder. It often happening here." As if confirming my experience isn't exclusive to me and my partner. There are better hotels around this area even if they're old. Miles better than this trench.
