Room suitable for family or group of 5-6 people. The location is also near the center about 1.5km from Dalat market.

Very comfortable and enjoyed this place

1st: when I arrived in Dalat city. I have a call for Reception by phone number on google. To ask for directions. The reception is hung up. Not only. Bao asked people to go. Then I called again and the receptionist hung up. When I arrived at the hotel, there was no reception. It takes 10-15 minutes to get people down. Monday: Dirty room - no fridge - 2 little bath towels. Not enough to wipe people. The morning is very noisy. Sleepless. Tuesday: toilet faucet at hot and cold. How bad is it? Shower is not possible. Because it is too hot and sometimes too cold. The amount of hot and cold water is not moderate. Weak faucet. Shower is not possible. Feedback: customers are willing to spend more money. But should review the above parts a bit. When I checked in, there were 2-3 guests coming to rent but not one receptionist there. => guests are gone.

Good service, new and clean hotel but a little bit far from Dalat market(1 km)

There was no room service in the hotel. Cleanliness was pretty bad. Bath towels had long strands of hair in them. Bed was dusty, there were litters left under the bed. WiFi was painstakingly slow, hotel staff showed up to work half drunk.

I got an extremely bad room on the 5th floor, no fridge without hair dryer, lack of everything. The shower is very weak, and the toilet bowl is empty. Small rooms and no windows are fanciful so it is very secret, 2 big beds occupy all the way although we only require 1 bed room because only 2 people (the feeling is open right next to the bed). I have been to Da Lat many times and this is the first time in a bad room, although the price is not cheap. Tuan Kiet is a new hotel, think you should put yourself in the position of guests to know how to overcome for better. The only plus point I found was the enthusiasm of the owner and the staff.

Newly built hotel, everything is clean, hotel owner is enthusiastic and welcoming, price is very cheap, near Da Lat market about 5 'on the motorbike.
