Staff was nice. They can help call the tuktuk. There’s car parking but limited. The room have tv, fridge, coffee and some free snacks. The area is quiet. The have a swimming pool and a cafe. It’s like maybe 10mins with tuktuk to get to ASEAN MARKET & Central Hatyai Mall. But no convienient shop nearby.

The location of the hotel was super helpful, it was close to 7-Eleven and Central Hat Yai (all within walking distance). Hotel staff were friendly and nice. The room was also super comfortable, especially after a long flight.

It was a great experience for my short vacation! The staff was friendly and can speak Malay well, easy to communicate and easy for everyone in my group trip if we wanted to make special requests. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Near to all central, nice room, comfy beds

The room is spacious, the air conditioner cools quickly, and there are free snacks and soft drinks. Too bad I didn't use the swimming pool. Same free service There is a large steam iron available for free use as well. Very convenient. The housekeeper cleans well and is neat. The only pity is that It seems like the walls are a little thin. The voices are talking very loudly. The sound of the door opening and closing was loud. There is a free shuttle to Diana. This one is very good.

The room is spacious. The surprise is everything at the mini bar is complimentary, including coke, drinking water, and packs of chips. Room is clean too. Only draw back is the bath room is very small, albeit the room itself is very big. Very close to Greenway night market. Just a quick 15 minutes walk to reach the place. However the hotel is located behind the main road so if you need to call a tok tok it will be difficult. Good hotel to stay if you are self driving as because again located not on a main street it is very quiet during night so you can be sure of a good sleep.

I and my friends really enjoyable stay here it very pleasant to have a great moment together but some bad reasons I don't like is the room can hear the other voices from other room it mean a lil a bit noisy also can hear a people walking front of the door and my toilet room also my balcony door is can't locked it 's not safety for me.

The room not properly clean and no towels was set up in the room I have to asked for it. Called to reception no one answer my call. I have to pick up towels by myself at reception. The security was very friendly and helpful.
