The hotel is near Bao Ninh beach, making it quite convenient to get around. Everything was great, and the price was very reasonable. The only downside is that it wasn't peak tourist season, so the breakfast options weren't as varied as during peak season, but it was still okay.

The room and bedding smelled bad, and the breakfast was meager.

Everything was fine, except the breakfast was a bit bland, probably because it was Tet (Vietnamese New Year).

The support staff were very helpful. The lady who served at the food counter was lovely.

Walking around the hotel area is very beautiful and convenient. Shops are crowded.

Khách sạn sạch sẽ. Mình chọn phòng ngắm cầu Nhật Lệ trước mặt nên rất thoáng. Mình cần thuê xe máy để tối chạy lòng vòng Đồng Hới, bạn lễ tân rất thân thiện và nhiệt tình hỗ trợ mình. Mình thích chọn khách sạn trên Traveloka, hình ảnh chuẩn xác.

Nice room, clean, from the room watching the whole city

The hotel is clean, the location is ok, however the check-in and check-out here are very close and there is almost no need for flexibility for early check-in although the room is still empty :(
