Overall, my stay at Juno Hotel was very pleasant. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has a strategic location. If I return to Jakarta in the future, I will not hesitate to choose Juno Hotel again as a place to stay.
The service from the cleaning staff and front office is very satisfying. They are friendly, responsive, and professional. When I had problems with the room telephone connection, the staff immediately came to check without me asking. I was also very helped by the document printing service by Mas Hafidz, who was very responsive and helpful.
However, there is one aspect that I think needs more attention, namely the restaurant service. The menu available is only a la carte with very limited choices. Basic facilities such as sugar, creamer, forks, and tissues are not available on the table, and are only given if requested. This is quite disturbing to the comfort of eating. In addition, the limited number of restaurant staff (1-2 people) does not seem to be enough to serve the needs of guests optimally, although they are still friendly and try to provide the best service.
I really hope that the hotel management can improve the aspects of food service and restaurant facilities, so that the overall quality of the hotel can be equal between accommodation and F&B.
