The hotel staff (Mr. Arif) was very friendly and helped us a lot when we wanted an early check-in time. Finally, we were upgraded to an empty room without any additional costs. The security was also very friendly, informative and helpful when we had a lot of stuff, starting from getting off the taxi until our stuff was brought to the room. And there is a free laundry room that we can use to wash, there is a dryer and there is an ironing place too. In the future, I think I will continue to stay here
