I was a bit disappointed because the hotel was quite old, from the exterior to the rooms. The wooden floors were peeling and warped throughout the room and the outdoor area. The beds sagged, and the blankets and pillows were a murky color. The soundproofing was terrible; the air conditioner unit near the window ran loudly all night. However, the location was quite good.

We booked a nice and well-equipped studio apartment. However, the cleaning time was a bit late, so on some days the room wasn't cleaned because the baby was sleeping in the afternoon.

The hotel staff were very helpful; I had a wonderful holiday in Da Nang. I accidentally left my phone behind while I was there, and only remembered when I returned to Ho Chi Minh City. I informed the hotel, and they helped me find it and will arrange for it to be sent back to Ho Chi Minh City. The hotel was fantastic; I will definitely stay here again next time!

The room was decent for the price. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, when I booked through the app, there was additional information about a late checkout at 6 pm. I thought the hotel already knew, so I didn't ask again during check-in. On my last day, the hotel said they hadn't received that information because the app hadn't notified them, so I had to switch to a larger room at a higher price because the smaller rooms were all booked.

I stayed in Da Nang during the storm season so I haven't experienced all the services here. I found the staff attentive in supporting my family during the time we used the room. The location is near the beach, convenient for traveling.

Curtains, blankets and pillows are the color of congee, have a musty smell, sheets only changed every 2 days

The experience at the hotel was very comfortable, the service was good. The only thing I was not satisfied with was that I forgot a phone charger. After that, I contacted the staff but they said they didn't have one.
