Nice room, enthusiastic staff

Since when do guests have to pay extra for dirty bed sheets and laundry? Is that the room rental fee plus the laundry fee? The sheets smell of bleach, the towels are black, what a terrible experience.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room, but soundproofing is not very good.

The location is not too far nor too close to the center. The hotel is located in a residential area. The room and furniture are quite old, the floor is peeling, the air conditioner makes a humming noise all night, not as new and beautiful as in the picture. Mostly go out a lot, stay a little so it's okay for 1 night.

Fine except for the early morning rooster crowing which kept me awake.

The room is quite clean and spacious, the staff is willing to support. However, the room is not soundproofed well so it is quite difficult to sleep in the morning.

It's not check out time yet but you opened the door to check in without knocking, very impolite 🙂

The room is clean but every time I sleep in a hotel I dream of ghosts. Maybe I'm just scared of ghosts.

I had a quite satisfactory 4-night experience at the hotel. The room is very comfortable for the price, with a desk and 2 comfortable chairs, a hair dryer, electric kettle, fan, refrigerator, and basic personal items in the room. I really like it because the bed sheets and towels are washed clean and have a light disinfectant smell. The bathroom is small but also very clean. The receptionists and 2 security guards are friendly and enthusiastic, but if you come in and out late at night, it's a bit embarrassing because there will be a pretty loud alarm 😅 In addition, I stayed in a room on the 4th floor and at the end of the right row, I don't know if rooms in other areas are affected, but there will be equipment running outside that is extremely noisy and vibrates the floor inside, along with the air conditioner being a bit loud, this point alone quite affects me because I'm a bit sensitive to noise. Otherwise, my whole experience here was very good, I still recommend everyone to choose it, because the hotel is relatively close to Bac My An beach or Bien Dong park, also right on the other side of Han River bridge so it is quite convenient to travel. If I have the opportunity to return to Da Nang, I will stop here again.

Double room but the WC glass door is opaque, it's very uncomfortable to go with a group of friends because you can see the actions of people going to the WC. There is only 1 receptionist, when checking in you have to wait for a long time because the receptionist is nowhere to be seen.

The room was very smelly (shrimp paste to be exact). The air-con was not in a good condition. I had to turn on the fan also. The male staff was uncomfortable. Even though he supported us with some discomfort but his attitude was discomfort.
