Perfect and convenient hotel for staycation

I stay only for one night here, overall I really love the location of this hotel. Near to two mall and there are a lot of local culinary that can I try around this hotel. The staff is nice too. But just want to give suggestion, maybe the hotel cpuld improve the cleanliness of the room, including repair some stuff in the room that already broken (even it just a little damage in the edge of table and mirror or some rift in the wall). And also. I don't know why, in my room, there are a lot of small ants walking around in the table

Near MCT shopping, close to campus

My two nights here were very comfortable, quiet, and the staff were friendly. The hotel is located next to City Point Mall (just a short walk to the mall). It's only 10 minutes from Malang Kota Baru Station. The bathroom was clean, the air conditioning was cool, and the TV channels were compatible with the TV. Because it was a promotional rate, the room didn't have a refrigerator, so you couldn't bring food that needed to be refrigerated. The only toiletries provided were a round soap bar, a toothbrush, and toothpaste (no liquid soap). Next time I go to Malang, I'd definitely stay here again. Oh yeah...as for the cleaning, don't forget to clean the chairs, as they were dusty when I stayed here.

My AC suddenly started sounding like a fire alarm in the middle of the night and dripping water. Turning it off stops the sound, but it gets hot. I can't even ask to move rooms because it's already midnight and the kids are asleep. The AC needs to be serviced.

The room is clean, the bathroom smells good, the hotel is comfortable for resting, because the location is next to the mall, it makes it easy to find food, the staff are friendly, from the lobby to the other rooms the aroma of tea is fragrant....very nice
