My family stayed here for 3 nights and were very satisfied. The most impressive thing was the service; from the very first day, our bellman, Le Duy Phong, was incredibly helpful. He proactively identified and offered assistance even before we asked for help. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of dishes that suited our taste. The hotel's location is also convenient, close to the beach. It's near Vincom shopping mall for convenient shopping for personal items and snacks at reasonable prices. You can also walk to Sailing Club for a beer and music on the beach in the evening.

This is my third time staying at Quinter, and I still love it as much as before. - The rooms are a bit small but have just the right amount of amenities, and are very clean and modern. - The mattresses, pillows, and bathrooms are very clean, ensuring a good and peaceful sleep. - The swimming pool is long and beautiful, with several smaller pools for the children, and the view from the upper floors is very relaxing. However, the pool faces the sun, so adding a sunshade would be better. - The best part is the breakfast at Quinter; it's incredibly delicious and high-quality, with a wide variety of Western and Vietnamese dishes, and refills are quick. - The reception and housekeeping staff are all lovely, especially the male staff member in charge of the gate and luggage; he's quick and friendly. - Although it's a short walk to the beach, this makes the hotel's atmosphere quiet, clean, and comfortable. With a room for two people costing less than 1 million VND per night, I consider this hotel the best value I get every time I visit Nha Trang.

Located right by the old airport, so there's no view at night, but it's quiet. It's close to the beach, and a morning walk to the beach for a swim is very pleasant. This is my third time staying here, and I'm still very satisfied. The breakfast buffet is quite good. Overall, I'm happy.

Families don't have to worry about parking; - The rooms are extremely clean. The bed is comfortable, the sheets and pillows are clean to the touch, not rough like the 3-4 star hotels I've been to, it looks pure white, 100 points for this part. The air conditioner doesn't blow directly into your face so you can sleep well; - The breakfast buffet is diverse, the food is delicious. The breakfast floor is luxurious, smooth and beautiful; - The price is reasonable, not too high; - Opposite the hotel there is a pho noodle shop, if you're hungry at night, you can try it, it's delicious; However, I only give the hotel 9 points. Minus the lobby staff and security. When I arrived, no one showed me how to park, and there was no welcome. I had to park myself, open the hotel door, and go in with my luggage. If the receptionist didn't ask the bellman (or the lobby attendant) to bring my luggage to my room, I don't know if he or she would do it. The receptionists weren't cheerful with the guests (the day I checked in and the receptionist the day I checked out) - that's what I wish the hotel would change. The rest is ok. The hotel and restaurant are very nice and cute. Don't scold me, because I've been to a lot of hotels and experienced everything from budget to luxury. Most of the time when guests arrive, the security guards come to ask if they're checking in, show them how to park, and take them to the lobby very enthusiastically.

Great experience as this is the second time I celebrate my new age at Quinter. I came to know the hotel by chance but I like Quinter and it is always the first choice that comes to mind when people ask where to stay in NT. The staff is so friendly and enthusiastic, they enthusiastically open the car door and help move luggage, the hotel hallway is also fragrant, not to mention the surprise when the hotel door is opened. 02 times experienced in both club suite and deluxe room categories (next time I was upgraded to 2 room categories). I must say it is great. For me, that is enough for a vacation. Open the door wide and feel the skin warmed by the first rays of sunlight of the early morning.
