The four of us stayed in a superior room. It was spacious, affordable, clean, and comfortable, with cool air conditioning and Netflix. The swimming pool was clean and had a fish therapy pool. It's located near Batu town square, about a 200-meter walk. Highly recommended 🥰

Next time if going to Batu, I want to stay here again. The hotel is comfortable, clean, has hot and cold water for bathing, drinking water is also provided via a dispenser in front of the room. Access to the town square is close, there is a swimming pool, the floor is fully carpeted. I just forgot to take photos in the room. Initially, I only wanted to stay for 2 nights, but I added another night. No need to bother looking for a hotel, stay here. Recommended, best overall.

It's close to the town square mosque, so we can pray Maghrib, Isha, and Subuh in congregation. The car was washed, but unfortunately, the water wasn't enough, so there was still soap residue on the body.

Room 304 is very uncomfortable with the noise from the Sanyo because it's directly opposite the Sanyo Air room. Please find a solution immediately so the noise doesn't disturb guests. It's extremely annoying, especially for those with children.

The hotel is actually clean. Only one towel was so dirty and black that it was still being used. The pillows smelled of urine. It was uncomfortable. Please improve the hotel's amenities. For around 400,000 Rupiah, you should be able to get a comfortable hotel. But it's a shame. Thank you.

The service was excellent. The car was cleaned as if it had just been washed in the morning. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the water heater worked perfectly.

Okay, the staff is friendly. This is the first time I've stayed overnight and had my car washed.

I loved the hotel; it's very strategic, especially near Batu Square—just an 8-minute walk. I especially liked the mountain view from the balcony. The only downside was why the water pump was located inside, right next to the rooms. The rooms aren't soundproof, so it's definitely noisy when the water pump is running, especially since it's so frequent.

The hotel staff was friendly and polite. We weren't allowed to check in until it was time for check-in. It was clean, and the rooftop view was great. We can try again another time.
