The AC is not cold enough so the room feels stuffy.

It's unusual to stay overnight this time and the AC isn't cold.

I like the soap and shampoo.. they provide brands that are on the market, not bulk or no brand.

The hotel is close to Blok A and Haji Nawi MRT stations, and if you don't have a lot of luggage, you can walk there. The room was clean enough, but I got a slightly dimly lit room.

The room was clean, but the AC was leaking, but it was still cool. The staff was friendly. I forgot my laptop in the lobby during check-in, but the staff cooperatively returned it to my room. Thank you very much.

The AC was very noisy, like a jet plane, and wasn't very cold. Changing it to 1/2 HP would have been a huge help. Room 212. It could have been better.

The Main Lamp on my room was broken, please have a routine check on the facilities each month or each week.

The room was in a strategic location with plenty of nearby restaurants, and while quite comfortable, it was showing its age. The sheets were faded, the bathroom mirror was cracked at the edge, and the tissue holder was slightly damaged. We also noticed spots of mold on the wall beneath the mirror.

2x staycation here.. when I just got married and when I had kids.. overall I like it.. just tried the breakfast yesterday.. the food is really delicious.. but they give me juice, not plain water anymore.. if you want to add water you have to pay.. in the hallway there is also no gallon to refill water.. even though in other places there is that option.. no need to pay..

Friendly staff and flexibility for check in.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful with parking. If you're driving, parking is difficult, as the parking area is limited. Deluxe rooms don't have chairs in the rooms.

Hopefully I can stay again because the access to the area around Cipete, Radio Dalam, Blok A is quite close.

Ordered a double bed. When I checked in, I was given a twin bed.

Shockingly clean for that price. It looks like a new hotel. Very close to the minimarket. 5 stars for cleanliness 👍 Hopefully it's consistent, good job!
