Beautiful view, good food, good service

We're having a great holiday, and it's peaceful here. Everything is pretty, from the staff who are friendly and take care of us thoughtfully, to the trees and carpet that are always fresh and lush green. The space made us feel mentally healing and charged with energy. Hopefully, we could come back here for vacation on day soon.

The lobby, toilet area, and breakfast room do not have air conditioning, so they are very hot. The air conditioning in the room is not cool enough for the whole space. It is more reasonable to adjust the check-in and check-out time from 12pm to 2pm.

Reading reviews, I was hesitant because people were complaining, but I just had a wonderful 3-day stay here. The staff is very enthusiastic and friendly. If you are afraid of insects, prepare insect repellent, book a sea view room to avoid too many trees. Go out for dinner, but the breakfast buffet is very delicious. The beach is a bit crowded because there are outsiders. Rs has fully prepared umbrellas, straw bags, and hats! With this price, I see nothing to complain about!

Everything is good, beautiful scenery, full amenities & relaxing However, because of the natural style and thatched bungalow ceiling, there are many geckos "defecating" randomly on the floor, mirror and bed. I had a restless night's sleep with the fear of their "defecating" falling on my face. Luckily nothing happened, but during the day, every time I walk back home, there is more "defecating" The housekeeping team should pay more attention to cleaning before customers check in. The feeling of entering a hot, stuffy bungalow and the floor and blankets with strange objects from geckos makes the customer experience much worse

The scenery is really beautiful and the sea is super beautiful, everyone. There are few activities here in the evening, the evening is a bit quiet, quite peaceful, suitable for those who like to relax like me. I tried the dishes here in the morning (buffet) and the lunch menu and dinner dishes, the cocktails, I personally think they are okay, the price is a bit high but in return the service is good, the staff is very nice, so overall it is 8 points for this place ❤️

The food is good, but the service is not good. Customers are having dinner, sitting and talking every 5 minutes and then come out and ask, can you clear the table? I don't understand why you want to serve while the guests are still eating??? - There is no iron because the room has a thatched roof. If you want to iron, ironing will be done for you and there will be a fee (ironing dresses 80k, shirts 60k + VAT fee) ??? I am very dissatisfied with the translation here

Regarding the staff at the Resort, there is nothing to criticize, everyone is very nice and enthusiastic. But perhaps the problem in the operational stage is still a bit messy. As for the room, it feels disproportionate to the price paid. The bed and bathroom are small, many electrical outlets in the room are unusable. The room has many insects such as cockroaches and ants. And a lot of geckos and gecko waste everywhere. Even though my room is Beach Front, the road to the beach is quite far, not straight from the room door like the reviews say.
