Nice hotel, good service, friendly staff, super beautiful view

Reading reviews, I was hesitant because people were complaining, but I just had a wonderful 3-day stay here. The staff is very enthusiastic and friendly. If you are afraid of insects, prepare insect repellent, book a sea view room to avoid too many trees. Go out for dinner, but the breakfast buffet is very delicious. The beach is a bit crowded because there are outsiders. Rs has fully prepared umbrellas, straw bags, and hats! With this price, I see nothing to complain about!

Everything is good, beautiful scenery, full amenities & relaxing However, because of the natural style and thatched bungalow ceiling, there are many geckos "defecating" randomly on the floor, mirror and bed. I had a restless night's sleep with the fear of their "defecating" falling on my face. Luckily nothing happened, but during the day, every time I walk back home, there is more "defecating" The housekeeping team should pay more attention to cleaning before customers check in. The feeling of entering a hot, stuffy bungalow and the floor and blankets with strange objects from geckos makes the customer experience much worse

The scenery is really beautiful and the sea is super beautiful, everyone. There are few activities here in the evening, the evening is a bit quiet, quite peaceful, suitable for those who like to relax like me. I tried the dishes here in the morning (buffet) and the lunch menu and dinner dishes, the cocktails, I personally think they are okay, the price is a bit high but in return the service is good, the staff is very nice, so overall it is 8 points for this place ❤️

The food is good, but the service is not good. Customers are having dinner, sitting and talking every 5 minutes and then come out and ask, can you clear the table? I don't understand why you want to serve while the guests are still eating??? - There is no iron because the room has a thatched roof. If you want to iron, ironing will be done for you and there will be a fee (ironing dresses 80k, shirts 60k + VAT fee) ??? I am very dissatisfied with the translation here

Regarding the staff at the Resort, there is nothing to criticize, everyone is very nice and enthusiastic. But perhaps the problem in the operational stage is still a bit messy. As for the room, it feels disproportionate to the price paid. The bed and bathroom are small, many electrical outlets in the room are unusable. The room has many insects such as cockroaches and ants. And a lot of geckos and gecko waste everywhere. Even though my room is Beach Front, the road to the beach is quite far, not straight from the room door like the reviews say.

Nhưng có vài điều khiến trải nghiệm của mình ở Crown chưa thực sự trọn vẹn. - Resort không nhiều trò giải trí (ko có Netflix hay các loại hình giải trí khác), buổi tối đường đi nội khu rất tối không thể nhìn đường, nhà hàng phục vụ món ăn không đa dạng. - Spa đang bảo trì nhưng không thông báo trên fanpage hay nói trước với khách khi đặt. Đến khi mình gọi hỏi lễ tân mới được biết, và cũng không nói gì đến việc trải nghiệm Spa tại phòng sẽ tệ hơn bình thường nhưng vẫn lấy đúng giá 700k??? (massage body nhưng nằm trên giường ngủ, không có lỗ úp mặt, rất ngạt, nhân viên massage mệt và hời hợt) - Chăn nệm của phòng còn vết dơ, lâu lâu còn bị thằn lằn đi bậy lên giường 😭

Vị trí rs khá đẹp,do chủ quan không đặt trước hôm đầu mình đến full phòng,và phải qua rs khác ở, rs đã hỗ trợ xe đưa đến nơi. Hôm sau mình đã đặt lại được rs ưu tiên đón và hỗ trợ nhận phòng sớm hơn 2 tiếng. 👍 Chỉ có điều ở đây rất it món ăn, không hợp khẩu vị lắm.

Nhân viên vui vẻ nhiệt tình , tuy nhiên chất lượng phòng tệ, rất nhiều côn trùng và thằn lằn, thậm chí đang ngủ bị shit thằn lằn từ trên trần nhà rơi xuống, phòng vệ sinh chưa sạch, các góc còn nhiều bụi, tối ngủ có tiếng mèo gào như em bé khóc.

Phòng khách sạn thì ổn. Xử lý tình huống khá tệ : + Thanh toán bill ăn uống nhầm lẫn, mặc dù đã xác nhận thay đổi. ( mất thời gian khi check out ). + Lúc đầu Thanh toán thêm tiền phụ thu phòng resort, sau đó mình đổi sang book thêm phòng để thoải mái thì báo có thể hoàn lại tiền phụ thu. Nhưng sau đó lại báo không hoàn tiền được , phải đổi sang sử dụng dịch vụ trong resort. Nói chung trải nghiệm dịch vụ không được tốt. Sẽ không quay lại.
