Very friendly staff, quiet area. Comfortable to stay.

The place is good as we compare to the price. Clean and still in good maintenance. The only problem because all facilities are sharing sometimes when your neighbor not have attitude then it 's a problem for us. Some of people they forgot the meaning of sharing. But overall about the villa is good, quite, clean and staff helping every time we asked for help.

The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, there is a shared kitchen. Feel at home here.

The rooms are clean, spacious, fragrant and comfortable. There is a full kitchen with a working refrigerator and stove. It's just far from the center of Ubud and food vendors, so you have to bring food supplies when returning to the villa.

The rooms are very spacious, so the next family can stay here again if they go to Bali.

It is very comfortable and enjoyable to stay here with family, with a capacity of 10 rooms we can bring many families to stay, swim, cook in the kitchen where all the cooking utensils are complete. The atmosphere of the villa and its surroundings is cool with a typical Ubud village atmosphere plus good and friendly service. Highly recommended to return to stay here

The room is spacious and when we arrived the bed was really set up honeymoon, thank you. The toilet without bath tub and shower room is small but equipped with soap, shower cap, toothpaste, toothbrush and shampoo. There is no tea maker, tea or coffee sachet or minibar in the room, but tea coffe maker, tea coffee and refrigerator, microwave can be used together and self service in the mini kitchen. Cookware that can also be used to simply cook your own fried noodles, because we happen to choose a room without breakfast. The atmosphere of the villa is very calm and there is a swimming pool in the middle of it, although it consists of about 11 rooms, but the atmosphere of the villa is really calm, quiet and pleasant.

Very, very recommended, beyond expectations, really glad we stayed in Tya villa.

Okay facilities ranging from rooms to bathrooms are all clean, a place away from the crowd suitable for honeymoon, only the pool is rather deep 1.5-1.6 less suitable for those carrying toddlers like me, but overall okay.

Very nice villa! My family and I stayed there last Sunday for two nights. Unfortunately, parking is only enough for one car and several bicycles and motorbikes that are rented by the hotel. Right next to the entrance there is a small rice field which beautifies the atmosphere. After walking from the entrance, we will pass a small hallway and go up some stairs to arrive at the villa building and immediately welcomed by the swimming pool. We are very comfortable being there. From the shape of the building, everything feels right in the eye. The room is clean and simple, the bathroom is good and the water is smooth, the service is friendly and satisfying, every morning the villa is cleaned (when we leave the villa, the room is also cleaned), and there is a public kitchen on the first floor (available sugar, tea, coffee, refrigerator, and equipment eating and cooking). This villa is indeed located in the village. A little far to find local shops / mini markets around here. But may try walking while enjoying the atmosphere around the villa. For those of you who want to stay with a calm atmosphere, this villa is perfect. Oh yes, motorcycle taxi / online taxi cannot enter the surrounding area.

if you transport by vehicles, this villa would be a perfect choice. it is located a bit far from the food centre / market so a little problem for one who go on foot. besides, everything just perfect. I like the kitchen that feels like home. I like the touch of everything is new
