The room was clean, the air conditioning was cool, and there was hot water. The staff was very friendly, and the room service was excellent. When we ordered food, it was delivered straight to our room. However, the Wi-Fi didn't reach our room. A suggestion would be to expand the Wi-Fi router so it reaches all the rooms.

Located at the end of Jalan Kertajaya, it's not very conspicuous. Upon arrival, the room reeked of cigarette smoke, even though I'd requested a non-smoking room. Eventually, I was upgraded. The room was adequate, as was the bathroom, with hot water running smoothly. It might be worth returning.

I've been here for 2 days, everything was great! The staff was friendly, the location is not to far from the city, and only there is issue about the smell from the room, but it's not a big deal. Overall everything was perfect!

Don't expect too much just a note the bathroom is clean but smells .. maybe from the drain or something but it smells even though the hexos is on and the door is closed check in also takes a long time ... very tired from a long trip but still waiting for the room to be cleaned even though it's already 5 pm the bed and pillows are hard ......
