+ entire hotel facilities and room are super clean. The look and feel of a 5-star hotel. Room amenities all worked fine and very satisfying. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful. - instead of telling guests that smoking is not permitted even in the balcony, they should instead request that the balcony be closed if they want to smoke outside to prevent the smoke from getting into the room and not to throw the butts all over the place. A win-win situation. To tell guests that they can't smoke in the balcony is dead wrong (to me). The reason smokers, like me, choose a hotel room with balcony, is so that I can escape to the balcony for my nicotine fix 😄. Just request for your guests to cooperate and I believe most guests would.
