Going home late feels uncomfortable for the receptionist

The location is less convenient, service is not good, many facilities are not appropriate.

Poor phone signal, a little inconvenient

Fan is broken, air conditioner is not cool. 2nd floor room with poor soundproof, hear clearly at reception on the first floor affected by sleep

The receptionist service is very bad, customer support is poor.

The quality of the room is only slightly higher than that of the rest house because of the fuller furniture, the old room, the room and the air conditioner smell. Bed sheets and towels are a little itchy, smelling of bleach. The first room was a bit mysterious, so the receptionist changed to another room a little more open.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, enthusiastic with guests

don't be fooled by the star rating..this hotel is more than the two stars..bed are comfortable, room is clean and tidy..great location for going in and out of the attractions..the place is in the inner alleyways so make sure to be on the lookout for markings so you can find this hotel..will definitely get this hotel again if I comeback :)

The hotel is located in Lane No. 81 Trung Kinh, cars cannot enter but walk a little bit away. The reception is very friendly. Especially the room is clean, pleasant, comfortable, no moldy smell. Comfortable bed, good breakfast, especially Pho. Room rates are very pleasant. If you are in Cau Giay, you should stay at this hotel!
