Service is very unsatisfactory.

The room was dim, lacked lighting, the bed was dirty, sorry, the mattress and blanket still had spots, the walls were full of lipstick marks, the bathroom was lacking, luckily I was only in transit to shower and pray. Try looking at everything again. It's a shame because of the strategic location, it feels like the house has no occupants.

The sheets were very dirty and smelly, lots of mites on the mattress.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in, in my opinion the operational team must really improve in hotel CLEANING. In general, the hotel is very good, because of its classic impression and also very STRATEGIC. But this is not worthy of being called a hotel, if it operates in a dirty and neglected condition.

Dirty, shower doesn't work. Very not recommended.

For the double bed room, (the room is clean, the room is big. The bed is clean, the sheets and pillowcases are clean, the AC is cold. The bathroom is clean.

For the room: large room (AC not cold enough, sheets not clean, there were red spots on the sheets and pillowcases) bathroom: good clean.

The hotel is really bad 😥 everything is rotten, the bed, bed sheets, bed cover bolster pillows, all the shapes and colors are not clear, luckily wherever we go we like to bring our own bolster pillows + bed cover. The sheets are white but more like a mop. First and last, stay here. I thought I got the epic sale price because it was a holiday special, but you know that's the price every day too. On the way home, my hands and feet were covered in red bumps, maybe I had bed bugs from the mattress. Even though I had bought a blanket to cover the hotel's rotten bed sheets, it turned out it didn't work. What a shame, I really regret booking a room here 😖 Make an app, better check and check the client. So I feel cheated by Traveloka too. 🌟 1 thing that is most appropriate for this hotel. Dirty blanket + itching. The TV is lagging. The mattress was broken, there were no towels, the sleep wasn't comfortable, and the hotel was horribly quiet

The room is nice and spacious, there are chairs inside for relaxing or eating, there is a table, the lack in my room is that there is no mat in the bathroom. The AC does not work well. until the night of Haris open the window, you have to ask for a towel first, the rest is quite good for the price

From the start the towels arrived, there were no mats either. Asked for a towel, he was only given one, he said, when it arrives from the laundry, it will be delivered, but it turns out it didn't arrive until the next day to check out. The lift sometimes has errors so from the 4th floor you often go up and down using the stairs.

Good location in the middle of the city near here and there, unfortunately it is very badly maintained, very very uncomfortable, cleanliness is from 1 to 100, I rated 11 (very very dirty), the white towels had lots of stains and were like floor mat towels in the end I chose not to use it (horrified), the white sheets had lots of stains that I don't need to mention (this is a very dirty hotel), I asked Sir, could you change the sheets, and he answered that the sheets had been changed, Sir, and that's how it was from the laundry. Finally I couldn't sleep either. Anyway, for those who bring their family, they really don't recommend this hotel, it's scary to see the cleanliness and rooms. There was only 1 towel. The sheets were dull. There were blood stains, I think. The hotel could have been better.

For hundreds of people, this is highly recommended, don't expect to stay in a 4 or 5 star hotel, but seriously, as a traveler who usually stays in 4 & 5 stars, this is the first experience, but when I booked, I listed a request for a clean, fragrant, tidy room, and it turned out to be according to my expectations. I brought my own towel and toiletries in case I didn't get any amenities and so on. But overall it was good to stay here and will be back again. Thanks

Dirty water, dirty sheets, dirty floors, dirty windows, dirty seats. Everything is dirty. This hotel is not fit to operate.

The room is stuffy. The AC can't cool down and the smell of used sheets and pillows.

Very disappointed, unlike the first time I booked a room in the past. The room I got had lots of stains on the sheets and was not clean, black as if it had not been washed or changed. The AC was not cold, the bathroom had no hot water. I even got a replacement room that was not supposed to be in that room. The first room was also very disappointing in terms of cleanliness.
