Overall it was comfortable, only the AC wasn't cold enough and the bathroom shower was too high.

The rooms, location, and facilities are all great. I've stayed at this hotel several times.

The place is nice and comfortable, and close to culinary around the hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel on three occasions previously but this time there was no breakfast available. Although the staff were friendly, it was difficult to communicate with them as they do not understand English. The staff would not even help you carry your luggage to your room or from your room to the reception. I think this was the last time that I have stayed at this Hotel.

No hair dryer provided in the hotel room, need to request, but somehow the reception informed me that there were not enough hair dryers for me.
