No need for AC (it's already cold), everything is okay, just the mattress is a little hard (hehe).

The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are spacious, and very clean. This is my third staycation at Puncak Inn Resort.

The view from the room was beautiful. The staff was friendly, despite its age. The hotel's design is quite dated, but the room didn't feel like an old hotel, perhaps because it had been renovated. The room was neat and clean. All the amenities were functional. Breakfast was quite basic, just fried rice, fried noodles, fried vermicelli, and bread with jam. Drinks at breakfast were also limited to water, tea, and coffee. Overall, it was very comfortable, and the price was still affordable.

The hotel is quite good, the rooms are quite big, only the breakfast menu is not very extensive and the taste is not very good.

Wi-Fi can't reach the room so it's difficult to access the internet.

The location is quite good, and we happened to have a garden view. The room was a bit dirty because we were immediately greeted by cockroaches upon arrival, which made our kids feel insecure. The walls were damp and the paint was peeling, the carpet looked dirty, and there were cobwebs. There was only one electrical outlet near the TV, and the socket for the night light was broken and unsafe. The staff was quite friendly and helpful, providing additional outlets and Baygon. The food was mediocre; if you want more variety, you can order specials, and the prices are still standard. Hopefully, this feedback will help us improve.

Early check-in was still available, perhaps because the room was ready. The room didn't have air conditioning, but the temperature remained cool. Breakfast was a buffet.

The view was great, but since we were on the bottom floor, there was no Wi-Fi. Breakfast wasn't varied.

If you're planning a vacation to Puncak Bogor, I recommend this hotel for its affordability and the included breakfast. The fried rice is delicious, the staff is friendly, the rooms smell great, are clean, and the air is very cool. It's perfect for family gatherings or vacations. Highly recommended, and don't hesitate; it's always great!

There's no Wi-Fi, the bathroom water is stagnant, the furniture is old, some of the chairs are rotten. There's no water heater for coffee. For drinks, they provide a kettle. Towels look more like rags. The lighting is very minimal, making it seem scary for the elderly. Don't be careful because you have to climb a high staircase to get to the lobby and back to your room. I paid 865,000 for 1 night with my wife and children, and honestly, we were disappointed. Hopefully, things can improve 🙏

The staff are all old men and are friendly and warm. The location is on the main road. It's very cold because it's on top of a peak. The only thing lacking is Wi-Fi. The hotel is old but well-maintained, and the room interiors have been upgraded. I'll be back here again soon, and it'll be cool and chilly.

Stayed for the weekend with my family at the Panorama Suite Room on the 5th floor. The room is quite spacious, suitable for a family (3 children). It's quite clean and well-maintained for a fairly old building. At 1 million Rupiah, this hotel is quite affordable. Weekends in the Puncak Ciloto area are quite cool. The location is strategically located across from the Grand Aston Puncak Hotel and RM Rindu Alam Herritage. With 100% occupancy, this hotel could actually be more advanced if managed better. Perhaps more investor intervention is needed.

The location is very strategic, with a garden, swimming pool, and a delightful view. I think the rooms and building should be renovated to encourage returning guests.

The view is good, the room is quite okay, but the door lock is quite difficult, room 303 needs maintenance.

So far, I've been very happy with the service from the staff; they're all kind and friendly. I've stayed here many times, so don't hesitate to stay at this hotel. It's a shame that the food menu has remained the same year after year, and the flavors are a bit lacking, but not bland. The taste could be improved. I wasn't expecting much with the relatively cheap breakfast here, but at least the taste of the food should be considered. Overall, so far so good. Best of luck!

If possible, just improve the taste of the food. Besides being bland, the texture is also unappealing. And the rooms should also have tissues and trash cans.

TV broadcasts are only TVRI, no WiFi, no bedroom slippers.
