This is my third stay here. It never gets boring. The atmosphere is great, the staff is friendly, and the room interior has been updated and is clean. My only suggestion is the breakfast; it could be more varied and offer a little more flavor. Overall, it's great! Recommended!

Check-in at 12:30 a.m. Sunday night was magical. The view from the balcony was amazing, but the floor wasn't very clean. The mattress was also noisy. There's no elevator, so if you stay on the second floor, getting to the pool and back to your room is tiring. Breakfast is on the fourth floor. Since our goal was just to sleep, we checked out at 9 a.m. to continue our tour of Gunung Mas.

The hotel area is very spacious, child-friendly, the place is cool and very suitable for healing because of its calm atmosphere away from the noise of the city.

Only the towels need to be replaced because the towels are thin and damaged everything else is okay, great

I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. The hotel was quiet and had a somewhat spooky feel, and the hallway lighting was a bit yellow. The staff were all old, perhaps the hotel itself was old. The breakfast was tasteless and monotonous. Room amenities: no slippers, no Wi-Fi, only one power outlet, no electric kettle. Water was only provided in a plastic kettle, and there was no wardrobe either. The blanket wasn't a bedcover, and there was no AC. I got a room on the second floor which had a very spooky feel. As a result, I didn't dare leave the room after sunset. I only stayed here once, I won't stay again. Hopefully, they can renovate and reevaluate the hotel.

Okay for the Puncak area, my only suggestion for breakfast is if possible provide a menu for children so that the children are even happier.

Please improve the management. The room quality is poor. There are cockroaches too. I'm a regular at Puncak Inn, please improve the service.

It's quite nice to wake up in the morning and see the hills.

For a price of around 600 thousand, the room facilities should be quite good.

It's a comfortable stay here. The view is really beautiful.

If possible, have lots of breakfast variations, I'm bored of just fried rice and porridge.

The view is truly beautiful, the room is comfortable, but honestly, from midnight until dawn, I couldn't sleep because it was so noisy upstairs, there were laughter and children running around and shifting chairs, I couldn't understand anything. It only stopped when the dawn call to prayer came.

The hotel staff was great. They were all elderly but still enthusiastic and friendly. The only downside was the lack of hot water for showers, making it very cold in the morning. You know what the weather is like in Puncak.

Good for staycation. Will be staying again.
