There was no one there, this hotel is really rubbish, I ended up staying overnight, I waited for an hour and the receptionist was not there

The appearance of the hotel room is different from reality. There is no paddyfields, different bed, different room. The staff was giving unreasonable excuse that the room in the picture is booked. What about me?

The room I ordered looked different from what was advertised on the app, the room was very dirty and stuffy. Apart from that, the bed sheets, blankets and pillows were dirty, had stains that didn't disappear and the smell was also unpleasant. The room looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time, there were also lots of ants on the mattress. When I came and called the WA number asking if the room was ready there was no answer, until the location was evening and I had to search and call many times.

Murah, tempat strategis, tapi kebersihan kurang.

I came to the guest house for check in but I met no one and keep waiting till we met someone when we were stroling around looking for parking area and he just let us in to the room. The room is terrible, they had clogged drain in their bathroom and when we came the water is still flooded. We also found packaging of used condom.

Beberapa saran. Harus diperbaiki kamar mandi nya, westafelnya mapet, AC nya, bed nya, sarung bantal nya. Bed cover nya. Terima kasih.

Penginapan enak, tapi kemarin cari muter-muter karena alamatnya kurang jelas, dan kata penjaganya belum ada persiapan karena owner tidak mengabari, jadi tidak ada handuk tapi kamar bersih, tapi tidak apa-apa karena bawa handuk sendiri 🙏😁.

Very bad. No parking area even for motor bike. I was waiting in reception for 30mins check in and found out the staff fell asleep. Dust everywhere and very dirty bathroom. Won't ever come back there again.

Staying two days here is quite comfortable. The building is not new but it is clean and well cared for. The bed is enough for 2 adults and a small child. Close to the bus stop 5 minutes, 5 minutes to motorbike rental, 500 motorbikes walk to the monkey forest and around many inns and cafes. What is certain there is almost 100% of visitors from outside Indonesia. Ubud is a cool place until the water is cold during the day. But there are no towels provided here.

Suasana adem, hanya air panasnya tidak berfungsi.

Tidak ada wifi, keset kaki, lampu kamar mandi ga nyala, lantainya tidak bersih, tidak ada sarapan, telepon juga tidak diangkat. Sangat tidak rekomen.

The place is quite nice for that kind of the price..the facility quite good but they don't provide Hair Dryer like they mentioned on details..they place is in strategic area..it's recommended..👌🏻

Homestay Ubud Asri gave us a room unlike the one booked. Then changed for the worse rooms. The mattress has a very smelly odor. Dirty, hot, very bad. The road to Homestay is gloomy and dangerous.

They’re not picking up the phone, the water to take a shower is not always ready, the guide should to turn on to let the water on, there’s a stain on our bed.. there’s no soap, shampoo, or toothbrush in the bathroom. I don't know seems like they ignore the customer, there’s no a car parking, but there’s a wifi, and towel. Better to choose other homestay
