Ten times in this hotel, very comfortable

It's narrow and the sheets are dirty, lots of spots and yellow.

Easy to find foods, near emart and everise, many store there.

Near Normah hospital. Easy to find foods.

I've booked 12x12 room but I got smaller room than 10x10 I've booked before.

Cheapest and near to all shops and mall.

Sampai di hotel, ternyata harga yang sudah saya bayar lunas via traveloka, itu belum semua nominal pembayaran, kami dikenakan pajak lagi dan nominal yang harus dibayar adalah 200RM. Kamar bocor, kotor, jelek, karatan, sudah minta diganti kamar atau minta di refund, malah tidak ada solusi, petugas hotel dimana saya komplain, sampai 1 minggu tidak masuk², sangat tidak reccomend menginap di sini.

Masih ok sebab banyak tempat yang strategic tetapi kalau boleh pertingkatkan lagi kebersihan pada cadar dan siling bilik bahagian atas berlubang kecil..tv tak berfungsi😅 Tapi bolehlah untuk stay sehari dua, anyway reception person baik. Thank you.

Untuk lokasi sebenarnya strategis. Tapi dari segi kelengkapan kurang lengkap. Tv channelnya hanya dua, meja gak ada, colokan kurang, sabun dan pasta gigi gak ada, minta dibersihkan, gak bisa harus malam kedua. Gak lagi kesini kalo nginap 🙂.

There are cockroaches. Big bro. Besides, there are 6 light switches. But 2 are working. 4 if it is broken. The TV is broken and won't turn on.

Less satisfactory. Beautiful tan service.

No basic toiletteries and no towel. The entrance was very dark-not visible and a bit hassle to look for the place.

The room did not meet my expectations as per display in the app. Amenities stated not provided as well, like no towel in the room. The room is quite dirty. Not worth the place for booking through apps. I guess their priorities are walk-in customers or direct booking instead of booking through any apps. Thanks!

The location is awesome, easier to find local food and western. Shopping mall just nice and attractive.

Poor cleanliness and heavy cigarette smell.
