Overall, it's quite comfortable for resting, strategically located, close to shopping and culinary centers. It's accessible by foot. Just before check-in, I called the customer service to ask what amenities were provided, so I could prepare so I didn't have to bring any. They said they had a dispenser but no glasses (I brought one), Wi-Fi (it was available at the location when I asked, but it was locked), towels and doormats (not on standby, had to be requested first), toothpaste and toothbrushes were not available, but in reality, they weren't (it's okay, luckily I had prepared). There was hand soap and toilet paper, but maybe if it were complete, it would be in a different class from the one I booked, hehhehe.

Oyo's class and this price is quite cheap and worth it, but I think 7/10, because if you don't ask for amenities, this hotel won't give them, they only give towels. Oh yeah, actually this hotel is good in terms of rooms, but sometimes housekeeping doesn't clean the room very well. Next, it needs to be improved in terms of cleanliness, it's a shame that this hotel is already good but if it's not maintained for a long time, Oyo will be a small fry.

The hotel staff is friendly, but the worst part is the cleanliness of the toilet and room, the toilet has never been cleaned until the stains on the pillow are very obvious when wiping the drain, there is a lot of hair, the floor is slippery. Very unfortunate!

The bathroom was dirty, and the mattress was dirty like dust. Forgot to take a photo. The rest is okay.

The actual room size is quite big, but for the price of the hotel, the cleanliness is not that great, it is obvious that the room is not well maintained, starting from the bathroom and the dirty floor.

The hotel staff is friendly, the room is clean, the toilet is quite clean, the AC is cold. This is the 3rd time I have stayed here and I am always satisfied.

friendly staff, clean and tidy rooms, easy check-in and check-out process. everything works, hot water, sink, TV, AC (although not so cold but okay) except for the toilet flush button. it's just a bit noisy from passing vehicles because the position is on a busy road.

The comfort and service are good. Only for the room there is no foot mat provided. So every bathroom must be careful, because it can fall.

There is no elevator to go up to the top floor (3rd floor), you have to go manually (climb the stairs). Not recommended if you are really tired of staying here. 😩 It takes 3-5 minutes to walk to Alfa. So it's better to prepare supplies first (most importantly drinking water, because you won't get this) before entering the room so you don't get tired going back and forth. 😫 Don't forget to bring your own toiletries. Because here they don't provide toothbrush & toothpaste, shampoo and towels. At night there is only pecel lele near the hotel, it's hard to find food if you are hungry in the middle of the night and want something else 😄 The room is very comfortable, cozy and feels like you are in your own apartment. The good thing is that it is near a gas station, so you can fill up right away and don't have to queue.
