The owner let me check in late and have late check out too

The staff are not very friendly, there are lots of clothes hanging out to dry haphazardly in front of the room door.

I've stayed there before when it first opened and it was the best time I stayed, but this time I wasn't happy. The room was dirty. The bathroom was dirty. There were no towels. The spray jet wasn't good. There were lots of mosquitoes.

It's quiet because it's quite a distance from the main road. Those who like a quiet atmosphere, this is the place for them... Simple, not many complicated rules, family friendly...

the room is not very clean and smelly. slow response. facilities are not complete or appropriate. kitchen is not neat.

Toiletries are not available. Dirty spray, hotel stap can't be contacted to check in. Waiting for a long time, still have to call here and there

You can feel the springs on the mattress. Door frame needs fixing. Had to show the Cleaning Lady how to brush the toilet clean 😂.

The location of the Hostel is very strategic, I stayed 4 nights, it was clean, I was satisfied, the service was friendly, there was a kitchen too, if you wanted to make noodles & coffee, you could. Thank you for welcoming us so well, next time we go to Bali we will stay here again.

Unfortunately there is no provision for buying food at the hotel such as instant noodles/toast because the location is a bit far from places to eat/restaurants.

Poorly maintained, dirty walls and some lights are off.

Does not match the photo. The villa is not maintained, there is no hot water & the wifi signal is weak.

The room does not same with the description that i've booked before. I choose room with one large bed but they put me in a room with twin bed. on the facility description it shampoo runs out and is not refilled, towels are not replaced every day, when I stay in the morning there is a bad smell from the toilet, the receptionist is not friendly, television broadcasts are not good but the room basically clean

It is near from udayana university’s hospital and also from garuda wisnu kencana, but a little miscommunication happened from the app and the hotel but yeah fortunately I still can check in 😅👍
