When I got there, there was no receptionist, and the phone number listed wasn't active either. My refund wasn't accepted. I ended up losing money. Seriously.

Hotel booking system is not as per diapp

There is no receptionist. The person at the location doesn't really understand about booking on Traveloka. I have paid on Traveloka, so they thought I haven't. We had a long debate because the person thought I didn't pay. Maybe because it was busy, there were lots of people who wanted to book so it was difficult to check in. The person on duty had no system at all, had to ask someone else via WhatsApp. Because there was MotoGP, demand was high, and the price was very overpriced. The room was quite comfortable and clean enough. But there was no TV remote. So what's the point of having a TV inside.

Bad, because the local management really doesn't care about cleanliness and guests are not served at all.

The homestay is quite comfortable and clean, the management is also friendly. What needs to be fixed: the TV doesn't work, the toilet door doesn't have a cover so it's perforated and can't be locked and the fan isn't big enough for the hot lombok weather. We stayed in room 303/304.

Sorry, I didn't stay at this hotel, but it's nice, it's just that the distance is a bit far from the center of Mandalika.
