Strategic location. From the airport take Bus 86 and get off at the bus stop near the hostel. Only need to walk 3 minutes. Close to Hoan Kiem Lake. Breakfast is outstanding. Rooftop is also good for relaxing or for those who are able to Muslim prayer rooms. Clean rooms and lockers. Can get goods when you check out. All staff are friendly. I'll be back 🧡

I have had the great experience here so far starting from the helpful and nice receptionist to very clean and bathroom. I recommend you guys to stay here and enjoy a high-quality service with a budget price. They also provide you with free Western-style breakfast with sandwiches, fried eggs, fresh fruits and drinks. Room: clean, no smoking, large lockers, big towel, 01 free bottle of water Bathroom: toilet, shower, hot water available, shower gel, shampoo Sink area: half modern half vintage, very clean, tampon/ hair rubber bands/ makeup cottons are available for women, very considerate Location: very convienient to walk to bus station which carries you to the airport, in Old Quarter, many local restaurants around The picture attached is the sink outside the dorm, with separate bathrooms next to it.

There are some staff who don't value their guests well. There are staff who speak in a high tone with me. Then they said that this hostel became like your home. You can eat 24 hours of food here such as bread, cereal, instant noodles etc., but on the second and third days I was in this hostel, one of the staff forbade me to eat bread, he said this was only for breakfast. And this surprised me a little. Because the words of the staff are very different from each other. So I argued with this staff. Moreover, I am a Muslim where food in Hanoi is mostly not halal so I decided to make food at the hostel only because the staff said from the start saying the food here is 24 hours even though it's just bread etc but I'm fine as long as it's halal. There I was disappointed with their inconsistent speech. I'm already upset and want to be angry but think because today is my last day in Hanoi so I'm quite patient. Then after I left this hostel, I got word from my friend who had shared a room with me. He said that the service at this hostel began to decline like the internet they turned off, then the staff there was very noisy at night when guests wanted to focus on working with their laptops . If I go to Hanoi next time, I will never choose this hostel.

Comfortable beds, air-conditioning, clean rooms, comfortable kitchen, fast and enthusiastic staff. The only minus is that I stayed 5 nights but didn't clean the bed, change the sheets. And the bathroom is extremely small.

During a trip in Vietnam, stay twice here! Superrrrr recommend if you want to go to Hanoi and stay in the old quarter area❤ cheap and inside the bed there is a fan so hehe is not bad for drying things quickly, the room is also neat and clean. The employees are super good especially "quynh" huhu I miss her already. Hope I can be back to Hanoi!

Rooms are really beautiful, clean. The staff is very attentive and enthusiastic. Enjoyed and had the opportunity to come back.

Great place for who will travel alone or maximum 2 friends. Very near the center esp. the lake with many delicious specialties.

If you want am affordable hostel near the old quarters but far from the hustle and bustle go to this hostel. Really cheap but very nice hostel. I could not believe that this hostel is this cheap with the facility they have. Automatic doors with key card, hot shower, AC for when it's hot, have own fan on each capsule bed!

I'm from the southern of Vietnam, I was in HN for the first time. for work and friends reunion. Location and cleanliness were ok, breakfast was lame (can't expect more than what you pay). My bed made noisy sound. What I disappointed the most was the service. I came in with a smile and excitement but two people at the lobby were not very welcoming as they were busy with their own stuff. Check in was 20mins because of miscommunication. I paid 23.000 for a towel, which is used for 3 days (if you check in on your facebook then it's free ). I dropped the key under my lower bed, i asked a guy at the reception for help at 8 AM, he refused to get the stick or something to get the key out and told me to wait for another person to pick it up (so how could I get in and out during that time? I asked but he didn't reply and walked out) I decided to crawl under the bed and got the key myself. He didn't followed up with the key till the last day I check out, he asked if I found the key yet, I said I got it myself already, I could not wait for a slow help like yours. No goodbye when I checked out, just left the key and got your deposit back. It never happened to me like this time, Đà Nẵng, Huế, Đà Lạt cheap hostels were different. they are happy with foreigner. If you don't care about breakfast, annoying service sometimes, extra fees, then it's fine. I love the North but I have to be honest in feedback though.
