Amazing location, all the tour we've booked willing to picked us at hotel. Room was big, breakfast was a good taste and good price. The staff really helpful and polite, but there's a man at the night shift on our first night, I don't really know either he can't tell me properly what he want to say or he was wrongly thought us as another guest, but he was kind of rude. Aside that, there's nothing to be unsatisfied. Thank you to the young man who always help us carry the luggage up/down the 5th floor.

The hotel does not have an elevator as described, everything is fine
