The staff very friendly. Easy to go anywhere and tuk tuk facilities in front of the hotel.

Descent hotel. However no other facilities. Value for price.

The room was OK. Receptionists are welcoming. The second day housekeeping was better than the next day. She changed the floor towel. But apparently they don't provide shower gel even though they hve it. I knew it because my sister in another room had it but only after they asked from the cleaning staff.

Hotel stay was just average. I asked for a room facing"main road"twice, instead got a room looking at the back of the hill slope.

Found a cockroach on the bedroom floor between the two beds. Room may have been cleaned weeks ago. A room change was requested that also solved the poor WiFi signal. I was told that room change will not be allowed if only WiFi signal is weak.

L like the spacious environment with good parking space and attentive parking staff. Spacious room. A little disappointment with the air conditioner which was not"cold"enough on the set temperature. Another room (same booking) was good. Overall satisfied with the hotel.

The cleanliness is 6/10. The air conditioner is 10/10. The bed is 8/10, for me I need to pillow. Extra pillow need to add 50baht which is so pricey for me. The services provided is 100/10 ✨⭐. Parking is 8/10, me with bike. But the car looks so pack. The food nearby was good 8/10. Done review.

This hotel is perfect as it very close to Betong town, friendly staff and clean.

The room is clean and near the tunnel and quite convenient to get to the city.

The hotel is located at the strategic location, easily accessible to the town and major attractions. The staffs are helpful and professionally trained, special gratitude to uncle who handle parking place and big thumb to concierges as well. Overall room condition is just fine, just a minor issues of the wear and tear condition of the room. Will recommend to fellow friends who wish to visit there. Hope see you again. Cheers!

Smiling staff The accommodation is near the Betong Mongkhonrit Tunnel. Near the park, there is convenient parking.

Great hotel staff is very helpful.
