the fridge is cold, there is stagnant water from the refrigerator, in the application the view is of the golf course but I can't get a room with a golf course view. spoons are not provided, there is only 1 plate.

Nice apartment around Karawaci. It's easy to visit Supermall Karawaci, by through the Informa shop. A lot of delicious resto around the apartment. No door lock for guest privacy from the bedroom side, so the servant can go inside throughly, it made a little shock for the guest. Fix it asap.

always a great place to stay everytime visiting Karawaci. Comfortable place. The only minus is not having parking area for guests

We had a family vacation staying at U Residence 2 Karawaci, it turned out that it was an apartment, I met the apartment receptionist, I contacted someone's cellphone, I waited almost 1 hour to arrive, I had to pay 500 thousand as a guarantee that he said it would be returned when I checked out (12.00 WIB 6/26/2019). I checked out at 9.30 and asked for my bail but until when I wrote this my money had not been returned, I gave my bank account again that day but the reason for the bank application was an error, please others just be aware of me who experienced this
