Location is good, just next to Gama SPM, Komtar. Easy to walk around for food and sightseeing. The receptionist is so good. She let me check in earlier. Next visit will stay here again.

The rooms do not match the price like warehouse rooms.

It said have internet and TV, but internet cannot connect, TV cannot open broken, 2nights at there no entertainment, and my wifi data finish, for sleep only not comfortable to stay.

For an affordable price but unfortunately there is no WiFi (even though the profile describes free WiFi) please delete the notification as a guide for guests. AC is broken. Will think again if I have to go back.

the hotel is bad, there should be an open toilet, there should be an electric plug by the toilet..you want to wash the feces and charge it ..

The staff speaks English very clearly. The air conditioning is broken. Overall, it is considered not impressive at all.

The location is quiet good, but not too strategic for tourist. I booked the room for 5 people and two nights. But in the first night, the air-con is broken, so we slept in a very hot room and the next day we asked for changing the room, we got it with a good air-con but the room was too small for 5 people. Despite of the room condition, the owner was very friendly and helpful.
