The room was very clean and quiet, the hotel staff was very helpful, I asked if it was possible to store the refrigerator and then a mini refrigerator was delivered, you can leave your belongings after checking out too, but the downside is the location is not convenient for Muslims, around the hotel there are many non-Muslim places, the road to the hotel is narrow and congested if you take a taxi.

Plus points: walking distance to Bukit Bintang and Jalan Alor. Clean and comfortable rooms. You can store your luggage. A slight downside is the loud AC. It was uncomfortable at first, but you got used to it. 😅

i stay there for 3 days, there is no parking area, and not family friendly. there any bad story there. When checking out, the receptionist suddenly said that there was a charge for meals in the room, because they said there was a chocolate with a bite mark. Even though we didn't touch the snacks in the room at all and the chocolate was placed on a table that was quite high and impossible for my 2-year-old child to reach, and the bite mark on the chocolate that was shown to us was the size of an adult's tooth. It's not a problem with the money, but it's quite annoying during a vacation. So be careful if you want to stay at this hotel.

The location is close to K Alor, the pavilion mall is just a short walk away, the MRT station is also close, in front of the hotel there is a laundry, minimarket, and a place to eat right under the hotel. Access on foot is a bit uphill. So far the best ❤️

The magnetic card is extremely bad (magnetic lock), the door to the room + elevator cannot be recognized (wastes a lot of time). Very few power outlets (1 outlet right at the head of the bed). The air conditioner is very loud because it uses an industrial machine, anyone who has trouble sleeping will be very tired.

Staffs were friendly. Got free foot soak. Room is specious and super good location. 5 mins walk to Bukit Bintang and in the middle of bars area at night. (A bit noisy at night)

The room and facilities are good, but the AC is a bit cold even though it's the biggest. The location is very strategic, just a short walk to Alor or Pavilion. The staff is very friendly and can leave your luggage after check out or before check in. If I go to Kuala Lumpur again, I will definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff, less than 5 minutes to Jalan Alor, helpful security. Unique room interiors. The bathrooms also have color-changing lights. Fast internet. Easy access to everything.

Everything is okay, access to everywhere is close, just walk, friendly staff, clean room, 2 nights here, the room was always cleaned and the water was refilled, the only minus is that there is no breakfast, but there are lots of breakfast options outside the hotel and they are close by.
