Actually, everything was good. But unfortunately, on the second day of my 5-day stay, the air conditioner in my room was leaking. However, they moved me to another room the next morning right away. Hmm… I also didn’t really like the bathroom lighting because it was a bit dizzying for someone with cylindrical eyes like me, hehe. But overall, it was quite good.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Room was very comfortable and clean. The location is excellent — nearby to major shopping spots like Lot 10, Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, Fahrenheit88 and Jalan Alor, making it very convenient for shopping and food hunting. Reception staff provided good and friendly service throughout the stay. E-hailing services were also very easy to access from the hotel location. Suggested improvement: complimentary bottled drinking water should be provided in the room.

This is my second stay at Mov Hotel. It's strategically located, close to Pavilion, Plaza Sungai Wang, Alor Street, and the MRT station. Finding food is also easy. There's a laundry service in front of the hotel. The hotel is quite clean. The staff is also excellent; they responded promptly when we had a complaint. Thank you, Mov Hotel.

I liked the hotel. I could check in early if the room was ready, even before 3:00 PM.

Unfortunately, the air conditioner in the room was not cold, making the stay uncomfortable. The towels also had an unpleasant smell. I hope the hotel can improve room maintenance and linen hygiene in the future.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly, and the location was close to Alor Street. The room was very comfortable and clean, but the toilet glass was so transparent that you could see the silhouettes of people showering. Highly recommend this hotel for a return.

I stayed here for 2 nights, but the experience is superb. 4 min walk from MRT Bukit Bintang Station, near Lot 10, KK convenience store, and restaurants just within a few steps. The location is very convenient. The room itself is not big, but the view is good. I stayed in room 506. The bed is comfy, the bathroom is unique with changing lights, and I love the sink! I love the lounge at the rooftop and the view from the pool. The pool itself is small, so it's not for serious swimming. You can refill the water for free, and you can get extra coffee and tea as well at the lobby. My overall experience here was very pleasant. I will totally come back here when I can.

The best hotel, quick check-in time, available coffee and tea for 24 hours, room spacious, clean, and nice, location is number one, 3 minutes to Alor Street, 5 minutes to Pavilion, love to come back again one day.
