I had the pleasure of staying at La Sinfonia Majesty Hotel and Spa, and it was by far the best hotel experience I've had in Hanoi. The staff was incredibly kind, with special thanks to Julie, who showered us with care and warmth, even presenting us with a lovely gift on our departure day. The hotel itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained. Live piano music in the lobby added a touch of elegance to the atmosphere. The rooms were outstanding; I've never slept on a more comfortable bed, with perfect pillows and a mattress. I haven't encountered pillows this comfortable even in Europe, which is a huge plus! The rooftop bar served amazing signature cocktails with a breathtaking view of the city. It was the perfect way to unwind after a bustling day of exploring Hanoi. For those seeking relaxation, the spa offered a amazing massage experience in the evening. This hotel truly deserves a 5-star rating! Thank you so much for hosting me.

Extremely great hospitality from the hotel staff, everything is new and clean. The room is a bit small but that's what is expected from hotels in this area. Highly recommended upgrade from windowless room

First time in Hanoi old quarter. The hotel staffs are extremely excellent service. Very happy staying there. Very convenient to get around. I would recommend whoever come visit. Price is reasonable. Special thanks to two beautiful receptionists been helping us through out our stay.
