All the staff are friendly and helpful. However, cleanliness needs to be significantly improved, and some improvements to the facilities are needed.

1. The parking is scary but for those who are less experienced you can ask for help to park. But it is not always ready. 2. Not Disabled Friendly. 3. There is no hot water for that price. 4. Quite expensive but the facilities are lacking, you can improve. 5. Because it has been a long time I feel the toilet is not clean. 6. The rooftop view is nice that morning. 7. The hospitality is OK thanks to the guy who helped us when we wanted to get out of the very steep parking lot. Let's improve it again because it would be a shame if the facilities are not improved.

The location is near downtown Wonogiri. Parking at the top requires a steep climb, requiring extra caution. Unfortunately, the swimming pool is no longer available.

There's no elevator, no comfortable space to stop in the lobby. The hotel's lighting is very dark, and some rooms have no windows, making it even darker. When I stayed there, it was just my friend and I, which made my mind wander... so I couldn't sleep overnight.

The location to the parking lot is scary, you have to be really skilled because of the extreme slopes and bends. The room window cannot be locked because it is broken, the hot water is off and it takes a long time to fix it. The most unfortunate thing is there is no breakfast for the relatively expensive price.

Toilet has not been flushed with yellow color and got cockroach near the bed and chair. Also there was noisy at 3 AM from the neighbour I believe couple argument. So disappointed a lot.

The only 3 star hotel in Wonogiri, don't dare to park above, thank God you can park below 🙈🤣.
