Receptionist is more upgraded

Poor reception service, rooms without pillows or TV remote controls. Terrible breakfast, poor service from restaurant staff, slow response, and limited quantity.

0ne problem is WiFi poor inform also same and telephone not working pls look into it l am regular guest giving poor service 😞

4 Days business trip, stay in room 311. Room was dirt (floor next to bed and bath room floor). Bed cover was dirt when check in. Hot water unadjustable, very hot when used for bath already informed to the staff, but never response. I lost my several thing that I just bought in shopping plastic bag in my room when cleaned up by 4 cleaning services man, already questioning staff, but no repply. Other people can access my room, he said that he has enter wrong room. But my question is why other guess can access my room? Please improved for better service.

Tempatnya nyaman dekat pelabuhan ferry.

Saya dapat kamar dengan view pelabuhan Karimun yang sangat sibuk. Saran, posisi AC kamar jangan tepat di atas kepala, jadi masuk angin. Bagus kalau digeser di kaki saja.

I am a customer of Holiday Karimun Hotel because I will stay here once a month. The location is near the port so it is easy to reach, breakfast is recommended, room facilities are okay.

The location is very strategic, near the port and sea views behind the hotel, the room is quite clean, the breakfast is quite delicious, especially toast with srikaya (my favorite).

The hotel is good but very noisy at night above 12 o'clock people going up the stairs next to them there are people selling uncomfortable.

Lokasinya sangat bagus dan view juga bagus.
